Support for medical students

An Aspen Pharmacare initiative

Aspen has enjoyed a long-term partnership with the South African Military Health Services in Nursing Education. This support was continued at their annual prestige charity golf day hosted in September 2016 to raise funds for the SANDF Education Trust.

A donation to the value of R25 000 was presented to Surgeon General A.P Sedibe at the golf day and again at a gala dinner hosted by the SANDF Education Trust in October.

Aspen is presently supporting Mokgadi Maake, a full-time student selected by the SANDF Education Trust, who is studying medicine at Wits Medical School.
